Question Multigenerational Engagement

For anyone that is actively involved with an alumnae group- How does your group appeal to all ages?

Right now, the local group I’m involved with is only comprised of young alumnae and recent graduates. I would really love to get more older alumnae involved, but none have shown interest. Occasionally very few will attend a homecoming or Founders Day event, but we’re hoping for more regular engagement.

How about getting in touch with older alum and ask them what events they would be willing to participate in?

How about a networking brunch? or picnic?

How interesting! We have the exact opposite problem. Our members are mostly in their mid-30s to mid-40s. We are looking for ways to engage younger alumnae and recent graduates.
