Aww....what a beautiful girl. So sad.

Her friend, Tristen, was also severely injured. The article states that this isn't the first major accident Tristen has been in - she had just been released from physical therapy from when she was a pedestrian hit by a car in 2015. Poor Tristen now has to deal with the death of her friend *and* will probably have to struggle with many questions about "Why me again??"
