"Royal Pains", the hit show from USA Network, is now casting starring roles for an episode from its upcoming eighth season which begins filming in Late July.
From the producer of "Frasier", this series is about a former Manhattan physician who becomes a "doctor for hire" to the rich and powerful in the Hamptons.
"Royal Pains" stars Mark Feuerstein and Paulo Costanzo. The show is written by Andrew Lenchewski and John Rogers, and it is directed by Michael Rauch and Matthew Penn.
The series is produced by Jon Sherman, Jeff Kwatinetz, Michael Rauch, and Mark Feuerstein for Universal Cable Productions and USA Network.

Kiri, any ethnicity, 30s - 40s. Kiri is a chatty, stylish, sophisticated, and outspoken woman who grew up in Manhattan. She has an old-fashioned formality about her which sometimes rubs people the wrong way. CO-STARRING ROLE
Mimi, Caucasian, 30s - 40s. Mimi is an extremely intelligent, pretty, and assertive woman who grew up in Long Island. She would be well-suited to a career as a doctor, but she has decided to become a full-time mom for the moment.
Mrs. Rumpole, Caucasian or African-American, 50s - 60s. Mrs. Rumpole is a cosmopolitan, fashionable, and shrewd woman who is having an affair with a wealthy doctor in the Hamptons. She has clearly been around the block in life and is too jaded about romance to be married.

Bruce Berman, any ethnicity, 20s - 30s. Bruce is a smart, quirky, and self-deprecating young man who is currently in medical school and hopes to one day become a pediatrician. He is still adjusting to life in the Hamptons, and part of him yearns for his wild college days.
EMT, any ethnicity, 18 - Mid 20s. This young EMT is a sincere, stressed-out, and very dedicated med student who is working his way through school as a paramedic. He has a sensitive side to his personality and he finds it difficult to watch people in pain as they are driven to the hospital.
Dr. John, any ethnicity, 30s - 40s. Dr. John is a charming, financially successful, even-tempered, and dedicated family doctor who runs his own clinic in the Hamptons. He moved away from Manhattan at the same time as Hank and they are old buddies.
Dave Harper, Caucasian or African-American, 50s - 60s. Dave is a powerful, ostentatious, and flamboyant billionaire who lives in the Hamptons. He will do anything for attention and wants the public to like him.
Surfer, any ethnicity, 20s. This laid-back surfer guy from Montauk is an outgoing and carefree young man who grew up in a wealthy family in the Hamptons and dropped out of college. He likes to throw huge parties at his house which are sometimes attended by Paige.
