Students gathered in their amphitheater protesting tonight and all over campus....

I'm about to say some shit as I'm angry as hell but I'm gonna keep my mouth shut.....

I do hope there are a lot of our Greek brothers and sisters in the crowd tonight that are exercising their First Amendment rights.

It was just a mere year ago that UVA student Elizabeth Daly (an ADPi) settled her lawsuit with Virginia's ABC after they pulled a gun on her for buying water at a gas station. WTF is up in Charlottesville with ABC?:

Why does ABC have police; they're a regulatory agency, not an enforcement agency. One state representative introduced a bill last year to take away their police powers, but it died. Maybe it can get another life.
