Help! I just finished a rec letter for my daughter on Friday. I am trying to log back in to get my member number, but can't. I've reset the password. Still nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

I recently had the same trouble logging in. There should be an email address by the login page. I emailed them, and they were able to reset my password for me and I haven't had any trouble logging in since, knock on wood! Hope this helps!

You shouldn't need your member number to write a rec.... my login has been fine.

I emailed and received a new user name and password, and all is well. Thanks for the heads-up, as the password reset alone did not work. My daughter asked for my member number for her recruitment form, but it was not required so she sent the form in without it. No harm done, apparently.
