I just wrote a post on Helen Marlowe, a University of Southern California ZTA. She played on the tennis circuit and was in the Marine Corp Women's Reserves in WWII. I found a wonderful portrait of her and the artist allowed me to use it in the post. The post is at

Thank you so much for your story about Helen Marlowe. Helen sounds like she was a remarkable woman. I wish that Themis, our sorority magazine, would post old articles like this.
