I am also sick of the Sonic commercials with the two guys. They're on all the time, and I've never even seen a Sonic around here.

I grew up in New England, surrounded by friends and family with this accent, and these commercials even drive ME crazy. They're pretty annoying.

That would frustrate me to no end in NH - commercials would be on ALL THE TIME, but there were none around! I think they opened some in MA a few years ago, though.
And now I live in TX where I can get some tots anytime I want

The open heart jewelry looks like a pair of nads.
Speaking of genitalia, any of the lawyer commercials that mention transvaginal mesh! Bleah!

I've heard more than a few people say the open hearts look like nothing so much as two butts nestled together. This, of course, means that any time I see that commercial, all I hear is, "If you keep your butt open, love will find its way in."
Good times.

Oooh boy, do I have a lot of these. I'll add in votes for the Geico pig commercials, the EHarmony commercials (the founder gives me the creeps for some reason), Charmin bears, and Kay Jewelers - in fact, I'll expand that to all jewelry commercials.
Also: - All Viagra/Cialis/Levitra commercials - and all "male enhancement" commercials
- ASPCA commercials. I have to change the channel every time one comes on. They upset me.
- All lawyer commercials. "Has anything bad ever happened to you or anyone you know? YOU ARE ENTITLED TO BIG MONEY."
- The Michael Bolton Honda commercials that ran this past Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT BRING HIM BACK.
- Victoria's Secret commercials
- Non-24 commercials. These are mostly on the radio. "You can't see me because I'm on the radio, and I can't see you because I'm totally blind." So if you weren't blind, you would be able to see me through the radio? There's also a newer one that starts "Here's something you don't hear on the radio very often - someone who can't see." Apparently I missed the memo that Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles songs were no longer being played on the radio.
- Party City commercials with jingles to the tune of "Mambo Number 5."
- T-Mobile commercial about breaking contracts sung to the tune of "Forget You" by Cee-Lo Green.

Oooooh, I forgot about those depressing nightmares. HAAAAAAAAATE. Virulent hate!
Please note, I like animals very much. I essentially adopted my cat off the streets, and he is here in my house even as I type, living a very cushy life. I have done my part. I will not feel guilty, and hearing Sarah McLachlan caterwauling behind shots of sick animals won't change that. Ugh.

The ASPCA and Humane Society commercials have gone from upsetting to enraging me. I bet that 90% of people do as SH and I do and immediately change the channel, which means that it's basically money down the toilet - money that could have gone to actually help animals. This is why they will never get a cent of my money and I will always keep my donations to local shelters. Betty White did lovely ads for them back in the day that were her in her living room with one of her rescued pets - I bet they got a lot more $ from that approach than from the emotional blackmail they practice now.

Oh, how could I forget…
The old, creepy, bald dancing guy in the Six Flags commercials! Are those even still on anymore?

Exactly. My significant other makes me change the channel when those commercials come on, or he leaves the room.
The thing about hurt, helpless animals is that most people don't have to see those animals to feel compassion and want to help. Some people are actually more inclined to assist an animal before they'd help another person!
They really don't have to show sad animals with depressing music playing in the background.
Damn Sarah McLachlan!

Yep -- it's the animal equivalent of Sally Struthers and the Christian Children's Fund.

I'll agree with everything in this whole thread - especially that Geico pig! I hate the white hairs all over his body, they gross me out. The male enhancement commercials are gross - especially the "significant looks" exchanged between the man and the woman. Ew. And I've told my husband if he ever buys me any of that cheap-ass Kay "open hearts" garbage, it's going right back to the store.
I change the channel at ASPCA commercials too, I can't take them. And I do donate about $1k/year to local animal shelters, but not the ASPCA.
Some others I can't stand - the Mrbetriq commercial with the animated bladder hand in hand with its owner, and any "don't reuse old catheters" commercials. For some reason, these always air when I'm eating and I have to change the channel. I don't want to think about bladders and catheters during dinner.

The first time I saw this, I was all "Why is one of the talking M&M's in a commercial about incontinence meds?"

That happened in our area, too, before Sonic arrived. Advance marketing must work for that company.

This may be regional but I hate the Haverty's commercials with the woman obsessed with her chair. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard.
http://www.youtube.com/user/Havertys
The others that bother me is any commercial for a drug like this one for abilify with the huge list of possible side effects? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGymr78FtbU
I'm sure this drug helps some people, but I am not sure that advertising like this will help people get help that need it???
