That's a very valid point. I wonder if all the statistics that are in these articles are incidents ONLY occurring on the organizations property? Or does it take into account all other incidents occurring where members are present.

Education is the key, early education is even better. If societies can properly educate the youth before they come to college then things may change for the better.
