Location: What's round on the ends and high in the middle?

I'm a big fan of doctoring up grilled cheese. My favorite has colby jack, veggie cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, and dried italian herbs. put all those between 2 slices of bread, quick and delish.
