I can't spend a lot of money on sunglasses because somehow I always end up breaking them! The pair that I have now have actually lasted me a couple of months and I only spent $15 on them. Figures, if I had spent more I would have sat on them on the first day.

Wow, how funny to know I'm not the only one who experiences the "inverse law of sunglasses". I have two pairs right now - cat-shaped tortoise shell ones from Target, and a 70s inspired pair with pink lenses and no frame from Limited (I love those - I always feel like a spoiled movie or rock star when I wear them.) I think both pairs were around $15, and of course they've lasted for months and months.

I, too, tend to loose my sunglasses, so I almost never pay more than $15. I just bought a pair from Wet Seal for $10 that are amazing! Everyone thinks they are designer.

Not a sorority girl yet, yet I have my fav sunglasses

Oakley's all the way *nod* I have 3 pairs, a pair of snowgoggles, a pair for sports (M-Frames, they're wraparound), and my fav pair is my silver TopCoats, they make me look like an alien, but gawd..they kick ass. Those cheap ones I always lose, but when I get a an expensive pair I take more care of them it seems, hehe

The more I pay for sunglasses, the quicker they go missing. I've given up on "name" sunglasses, and look for the necessities, like 100% UVA protection and a high nose bridge - then buy three or four of the same ones!

I have a pair of Halston sunglasses that I love. Since I only use them for driving, I store them in the glove compartment so that I won't lose them.

I always have to put everything away right away otherwise I lose them. As soon as I get inside the house, I put my keys back into my purse. Otherwise, I would be like my roommate whose always running around trying to remember where she threw down her keys when she's already running late.

I am completly addicted to sunglasses! I had three pairs but when I went to New York this weekend I coul;dn't resist buying five more. I try not to but expensive or dedigner ones though. I am too clumsy so I break, scratch, bend, lose and whatever else my glasses far too easily.

I alternate between my Samantha's (Coach) and a pair of Gucci sunglasses.

On that note, my current sunglasses are Mossimo from Target. I think they're darn cute and they were only $20.
Ah, so THAT'S where my twin went! I refuse to spend more than $10 on a pair of sunglasses because I can't keep them for more than six months. Even my cheap ones.

I have a small head, and adult-size sunglasses don't fit me properly. I have found that the absolute best place to buy sunglasses is the Limited Too. They're about $10 a pair and they are soooo cute and they fit great!

I suffer from the inverse rule too -- actually, even when they are cheap I lose them. I go thru 3-4 pairs a year, so I stick w Target's Mossimo glasses and I love them.

I must be in the minority here...

Just call me "Blind Lil Snakey K"

I have to be extraordinarily careful with my sunglasses because they are prescription and I can't see well enough to drive without them.

My favorite are the Revos I just got for Christmas. I love the polarized lenses. I can wear them all the time, even when driving in the rain cause they cut the glare.

Wow, I didnt realize Target had cute sunglasses. Im gonna have to go check it out cause I too lose many sunglasses, especially being out here in AZ where we are always at the pool. I try to only wear my expensive ones to school or outside events that you dress nice for.

So I am reviving this post...and yes class, I used search

I can't find a pair of decent looking sunglasses for my face for the life of me. The single pair I had that actually looked good for my facial features I bought near a flea market. They were "Frada"- Prada knock offs (costing me a pretty penny at $15!!!) and ultimately were broken by the mean, savage airport men searching my carry-on. Because, yes I deserved all of my items thrown out onto a table for all the world to see... Thank you.

So, I need suggestions on quality, brand, shape, etc. I have tried and tried different brands, but I break them, lose them, or they just look plain dumb.
