Oh yes, sadly I have...it was quite the topic on educk. Judging by the comments on their fan forums - they're not thrilled either. Lumberjacks and rap...as sports marketing ideas go it's right up there with their new logo and, unfortunately for us, roboduck.  . We can only respond with pity.

At last -- I've been looking forward to her story for the past year! I'm so excited for your daughter, and very happy for the lucky UA Pi Phi's that got her! Congrats!!! (I am SO glad that we both got happy endings for our daughters! And I still owe you a drink - or three- from last year!)

It was great to follow this from the mother's perspective. When recruitment doesn't go the way a PNM or her mother wants it to go there are often a lot of phone calls to the school. As if, in some way, the Council's Advisor can change things. It is great to see that Panhellenic women with daughters going through aren't so quick to rage due to the results. Thank you for being a shining example of the type of mother I hope my PNMs have.
And congrats to L! Pi Beta Phi is a wonderful sorority!
