Have a wonderful gathering!! Personally, I am in Convention withdrawal!

NBH - I personally thought Jean's speech was phenomenal, as was her participation on the panel that went on after the luncheon. Chi Omega has a lot to be proud of with Jean in her role with NPC!

Convention was fantastic this year...I can't wait for 2015 in Scottsdale! NutBrnHari, I thought that Jean Mrasak was incredible...what a wonderful representative for Chi Omega! I feel like she is going to do great things for our Panhellenic community.
Sisters, if you haven't been and ever get the chance to go to a Convention...DO IT! It was awesome and the best part was watching our collegians experience the big picture, interact with each other and make decisions to help move our sorority forward.
The chapter that I advise won a back-to-back Golden Lion, so that didn't hurt either <>

So glad you enjoyed your Convention (and Jean!). I think she's pretty terrific too.

My chapter didn't. I'm blaming the fact that I moved out of town on that unhappy statistic.

I like that analogy, honeychile! LOL
It is so hard to maintain that level of excellence over the years! Ms. Pinkston talked about reviewing award criteria at Convention, so who knows if it might even get more difficult!

I enjoyed it a great deal. I want Eta Epsilon to send more Delta members next time.

I agree, madoug! We budgeted to send an Exec member (along with the President) this year and it was awesome. We asked all Exec members who were interested to write a letter about why they wanted to attend. I took all the names off, and the advisors and our PD voted. The letter with the most votes won! It was made it even more special!

I'm an Eta Epsilon. I met the president at Convention and I may have seen you but not been introduced -- she said her advisor was there too.

I think it is Kappa/Samford. I heard that it was their 16th GL this year! Their flag is almost out of room!
