Thanks, UHDEEGEE. Combined quota was 70, so it appears that Beta Eta made quota, though the numbers they took may be distributed differently.

I THINK (but am not positive) that they got their lodge at the end of the previous semester so they're posting "Welcome Home!" as in welcome to the new lodge. I have a friend in this chapter and she is in the photo as well as other sisters I recognize from her photos.

Again, not positive, but that's my guess.
