What do you call them?

I think this is the right forum for my question. What is the name/term your fraternity or sorority uses for its "consultants"? I'm talking about the new graduates who represent the organization and visit chapters to offer assistance/support/etc. in many capacities.

Back in the day, I think the sororities called them "traveling secretaries."

I'll start with my own: Kappa Alpha Theta uses the term Educational Leadership Consultants, ELCs for short.

Alpha Xi Delta has two type of travelers. Educational Leadership Consultants and Leadership Coaches. The latter focus on fostering member development through building life skills, facilitating StrengthsQuest™ and helps to implement the Realize Your Potential program in our college chapters.

Alpha Delta Pi Leadership Consultants.

I've been an ADPi through both Traveling Secretaries and TCCs (Traveling Collegiate Consultants).

Alpha Gamma Delta has Leadership Consultants (LCs).

I think that we still have Leadership Advisors (who are grad students on campus helping with a chapter for a year or so.)

Chi Omega has National Consultants.

It used to be "Chapter Visitor", but I think they changed the name to better describe the position. The old name sounded like an Alien and the new name looks better on a resume.

We have ELCs like Theta.

ETA: we first had A traveling secretary, then Chapter Consultants or CCs for short. The CCs were ill advisedly phased out for about 6 years in lieu of only network officer style support. We have had the ELC program for about 4 years now...I think.

Kappa has Leadership Consultants and Chapter Consultants. The key difference is that a chapter consultant is a resident adviser and stays with a chapter for a longer period of time.

Ours recently changed from TECs (Traveling Educational Consultants) to LCs. No idea why National Office decided to switch.
