Founder's Day Ideas!

Hello sisters!

My chapter has recently been revamping and seeing what we have been missing all these semesters. And lo and behold, we haven't been doing the Founder's Day celebration!

A few sisters have been appointed to be in charge of the Founder's Day Celebration on December 1st! I am excited but I am wondering, what have other chapters done?

We were thinking about having a banquet with food and a musician to play harp or guitar while we eat. Than there would be the ritual. We were thinking of having a history slideshow, the choral, etc. And we even have ideas for a centerpiece! haha.

But I just want to know what have others done? I am very excited to get things planned a head of time.

Only once did my chapter actually do the Founder's Day ritual (which is an open ritual, btw.) It was my senior year.

But! a great idea would be to end the event with the "History of the SAI Ritual" powerpoint/video. This, of course, is only allowed to be viewed by members, but my chapter showed it at a Province Day and it brought a deeper understanding to many aspects of our ceremonies.
