This is totally cool! I love this blog. Thanks for sharing it. I'll be looking at my own initiation badge, a Balfour, in a new light.
(Aside: speaking of which - my badge is funky. The loop for the badge guard is at the top of the badge, not at the side or bottom. I've only seen one or two other Theta badges with that same loop placement. I have to work to get the badge guard chain to fall away from the badge; it wants to lie flat under the badge because of where it's attached).
