"seriously investigated" could be a report from a greek gossip and ranking site. if so it is definitely not to be trusted!

First I am happy for you that you are having a good time in recruitment. I would just caution to make sure you are following your heart/gut on how to rank chapters... not the internet or what others say. (I understand the wariness on a chapter that has had a hazing investigation.)
Just keep an open mind!
