The new "Federal" law should literally read "Casey Anthony goes to jail for being a piece of shit." It should be written on a Community Chest card. If she rolls doubles, she's found not guilty again.
Then everybody feels great, and we avoid shitty, potentially unconstitutional legislation.

This is common and predictable.
Yet there is great irony when the self-proclaimed law abiding citizens "become criminals." Justice for Caylee, indeed.
