I dunno if this would work depending on your recruitment style and where it's at, but you could do a Cake Boss night where all the girls decorate cupcakes, just for fun. It would be using your theme while keeping it cute, fun, and non-competitive.

I like The Amazing Race for open house round, because you could easily just make it into a skit about making your way through recruitment, it's a long, tiring and exciting road, etc.

For Philanthropy round, how 'bout Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (Extreme Makeover: Sorority Edition)

For Preference, The Bachelor/Bachelorette would be a hoot.

ETA: I actually don't think this is a bad theme idea, because it is very relevant to today's women, and it allows for plenty of creativity and fun.
