My take is that if one is repeatedly banned and in every reincarnation does the same thing, banning will happen until the behavior changes. Some people realize the error of their ways, others don't.

I guess it's more that he's being banned for being back after being banned in the first place now? Reading him's a waste of space, but it's just kind of sad because he's not even trying.
