Not really. Hitler actually (if you study the theories of Aryan thinkers of the 19th and early 20th century) had a more liberal ideal of what is considered the Aryan race. His Aryan race was based on the unification of the German people on a "spiritual" level. He allied himself with the thought of Hans F K Gunther in that the German people were not fully of the Nordic Aryan race, and that the true Aryan race did not exist in those times.

But through eugenics it would be possible to create that race.

The wonders of the social construction of race and ethnicity (some people---not in this thread---think that race and ethnicity are biological). Being in North Africa, Berber is technically part of the "African diaspora." Whether or not that is considered "Black" is based on the people in question and where you are. I would never attempt to classify the Berber people as one race and ethnicity. One example of physical identifiability (i.e. facial features, body features, and hair textures that generally establish patterns of identifiability for racial and ethnic groups) and cultural identifiability can be seen in the photos of the Berber people, Google images is a good source. Many of the Berber people would be considered of East Indian race and ethnicity based on their features. However, I have also seen Berber people who would be considered of the Black race based on their features. I also saw a Berber man who would be considered racially white and ethnically Jewish by many.
