My friend is rushing at Auburn and she just called me to let me know how each house went. She definitely reiterated how hot it was. Sending good luck vibes to all of the Auburn PNMs on their first cuts tomorrow!

My friends daughter, I'll call her "Suzie", said with the heat index was 105. She is excited that tomorrow is more casual. she mentioned that they are getting their lists at 7 am... thinking good thoughts for all!

I just got a text from " Suzie" , she too received a full 12 houses today and was quite excited to see many of her favorites on her list. Though I must say she has a great attitude and knows where ever she ends up , she will be happy.
She mentioned that some of her friends that were legacies to houses were released and that surprised her. I mentioned to her at big schools such as Auburn that many houses have numerous legacies and it's always a hard decision to release women.
She is excited for today and tomorrow! congrats to all today!

I remember hearing from my daughter last year, that lots of legacies are released early - maybe to give them a better chance at a house with a good fit. I am sure they do not want to lead anyone on.
I heard several groups have more than 50 legacies going through - has to be tough for the chapters in that situation.

I'm so happy for them! Of my friends who were rushing, only one dropped out. Two went ZTA, two went Pi Phi, one went DG, one went KKG, and one went Tri-Delta. Congratulations to the new members and to the chapters on their new additions!

Saw this picture in the Auburn bid day pictures ... how panhellenic and cute are they? I love that each of the bids is the same
except for the color and chapter name.

Tried to find this on the Panhellenic site, but didn't have any luck. Can you post the link?

They're ALL adorable; it's really true, every GLO member in the SEC is stunning.
And I love the multicolored bid invitations.
Rain jackets and umbrellas, and they still manage to look spectacular.

I'm jealous! Auburn bids back in the day were ugly old punched computer cards! I wonder if this year's girls' bids were in envelopes or they got them without them and they had an idea of what their bid would be a few seconds before they opened it by the color?
