You can doubt all you want but honeychild I don't know where you live inthe south must be in a trailor park because where I live it is all about how old your family is and established. Every girl in my family must learn a foreign language and play the piano by 10. You can think 1000 times that I am not southern and a 1000 TIMES you will be WRONG. I commented on two post that showed up on the main dashboard so now I am from the north? Whatever I don't drink hot tea.
|
Nope. First you spelled 'trailer' wrong. While you're learning other languages, please learn English.
Second. May I ask what being Southern has to do with anything? Do you think you are living in "Gone With the Wind"? Drinking hot tea makes you about as Northern as eating a Taco will make you Spanish. I'm Southern (NC).. and I surely am not hospitable enough to be happy that someone who is not in my sorority is wearing my letters. There's no way your sisters would be proud that someone is out there representing you and your sisterhood that hasn't worked for it. Stop being ignorant.

I think it's funny she thinks KSU automatically means Kansas.
Anywho, I'd love to give a geneology lesson today, but it's cooled off and I'm headed back out into the garden.

Well then, I have you beat by a century or so. See, in my family we don't just have the UDC and the DAR; we have the FFV and the Colonial Dames of the Seventeenth Century.
So shut up.
Maybe one day we can get IP addresses banned here at GC.

I don't know. I know there are some sites that ban IP addresses to make it harder for banned posters to come back with new usernames.

Sweetheart unlike you "the first in your family to join a sorority" I have had family in it for a long long long time. I know what tshirts they have bacause my sister has them! I also have friends who have gone Greek. Unless you live under a rock you should have a familiarity with Greek life before college.
|
Well I wasn't familiar with Greek life until I transferred to my university as a junior. So tell me, how does one become familiar with Greek life before college, especially if they had little interest in joining a sorority/fraternity?
You seem a little nutty if you ask me.

Why would anyone ever pretend to be in an organization that they're not.
And would it ever be comical? Hmm. Nah, probably not.
(i meant for like a prank or a tv bit or something, but no, it's not funny, it's pretty much just that thing, it's not wouldn't even make a snl sketch.).

Not to add fuel to the fire since this post is clearly headed toward lockedsville, but this multipersonality disordered troll is so obviously not Southern. Southern or not, IT IS NOT OK FOR NON MEMBERS TO WEAR LETTERS. EVER. Even though I doubt you are real, if you are, and do this, IT IS BAD DON'T DO IT ANYMORE. You are not a member until you have your bid card in your hands...until then do us all a favor, shut the fuck up, and go back to learning a language (perhaps English would be a good start) in your probably podunk little town. Kthxbye.

Careful with the advice. In many orgs, having a bid card means nothing membership-wise; you are not a (full) member until you have been initiated. In my fraternity and in quite a few others, probationary members (pledges) may not wear letters.
