I know yall saw her on Top Model when they did the Baby Phat fashion show. She was sitting in the front rows with that nasty wig on again.

BELIEVE ME, Janice is out-of-control with her Lil' Kim imitation. Trust me, on a few ocasions with a quick glance, I had mistaken Janice for Kim. The difference between Janice and Babs is that she's Janice, mother of P. Diddy. Babs is just... Babs. Once Babs gets on and establishes herself, she can do whatever she wants to do, but she has to establish herself first. She has to come out as her best.

Anyways, he also need to be joining Sara and Ness on that run because Puff is a little on the chunky side. I think his butt is bigger than mine and mine aint bad.
Now, dont get it twisted, I like Puff and what he is tryna do, but you have to lead by actions and not just tell them that they need to do things when your body aint all that tight, but then again he can do whateva he wanna do because he got it like that.

Diddy has put on weight, he's DIDDY! I still love him. His butt is rather large for a man, though!

I have to agree, I didn't see the point of Puffy selecting a leader for the group. And what were his grounds for choosing Ness, I didn't keep up with the first season so I'm like
Going back an episode with Bab's hair situation...I understood that Ness was disrespectful with the phone call, but I was like why is she trippin so hard about getting her hair done. I mean we all had a day that the stylist couldn't fit you in on the schedule so you had to look rough for a bit. I was sitting there like wow its not that serious... then it all hit me at once...a sort of revelation I think...They showed the clip when she was getting the weave put in and she's BALD (150 strands the most...ok I'm exaggerating a bit but....) I immediately felt her pain. I wonder if she knows that MTV aired her with no hair on national tv, because what she dreaded most came to past anyway...poor thing

Well, as Tony Dofat said, there had to be someone to be the voice of reason, to gather everyone for sessions, etc. During the first season, Ness was nothing like he is now. He was humble, "hungry," quiet, and observant. He was about business and on his game. He wanted to win and he did. He is a good lyricist and he kind of responsible. SUDDENLY, he's head is LARGE and he feels that he can talk to people any way that he wants. How can he insult Chopper's talent? I mean, he was just showing out on the last episode.
It seems like Sara is going to go off this week because people think that she has it easy.... Go figure. Sara is talented and I think that she has it the hardest. She has to fit into a group comprised completely of rappers. She has never rapped before. She had to learn the lyrics two of the most influential rap songs in ONE day. I am surprised that Puff didn't make them learn the entire "Ready to Die" album. They may think that she is just there to sing hooks, but I think that she is the best in the group (at least as far as attitudes go).

i'm enjoying the new season, but i gotta wonder if this band is gonna make it. i don't think they have chemistry and entirely too much drama.
on another note, i can't wait til babs changes that hot mess on her head and frederick gets his thumb out of his mouth!!

I heard the song....I was expecting their first song to be a little more representative of them....there wasn't enough Dylan and I think Babs and Ness were stronger than Fred (and possibly equal to or stronger than Chopper).
I don't think the song was the hotness, but I'd listen to it every now and then.
Annnnnd....maybe I am getting old, but I really didn't need them to be cursing.

I agree with you totally. I wasn't surprised to hear profanity simply because they do that on the show 24/7! It's not a song that I have to listen to everyday, but I do like that beat. I also think it's going to be kinda hard to have everybody spotlighted. It's too many rappers, you know. What do you think?

a lot of rappers - like the Wu-Tang Clan
If these children do get things together, they can have a Wu-Tang feel with a lot of different rappers doing a lot of different things on a lot of different cuts. I am not sure it is the number of rappers that is the problem with this collection of people -- it's the talent level. Some say that the group is stronger than the individual (the like the original version of En Vogue ), but I don't believe that this is the case with this combination of artists.

I pretty much agree with you, Questions....I was kinda hype last season, because I thought we were long overdue a Wu-Tang-type of vibe. And it was cool because the rappers are all so different....but I think (personally) they shoulda kept Walter, the male R&B singer....that woulda been like City High +Wu-Tang = hot.
But what do I know, lol.

I think that Walter would have been a wonderful addition to the group and I definitely think that Babs is one that the group could do without. I am not really sure who I would knock out of the group in Walter's place if the group just had to have a female rapper, but there is definitely room in the group for someone to counter Sara's voice. I am also not sure she is going to get what she wants out of the experience by just adding to the melody or harmony by being part of the soundtrack as opposed to actually saying something.
If what others say is true (both here and on other forums) they should be happy with whatever way this situation works out because where would they be with the all-knowing, all-powerful, all-professional, all-connected Puffy Daddy . . . oh, excuse me, P. Diddy . . . . . .

I agree with that. Actually Walter would have been a good compliment to Sara. Walter and Jonessa had a nice flow together, but that is neither here nor there. He would have been able to balance out Sara and kinda balance out the band. Her flow was cool on the song. Where was Dylan?
