The OMGWTFBBQSNOW hysteria reached Ohio this week.

Drives me nuts. People are acting as if we are in LA and have never seen it before.

Just make sure you have enough food and stuff to last for a couple of days and chill out.

PS. Stay off of the roads if you are scared. Please.

We got quite a bit of snow, but nothing like people were saying we were going to get, and the roads look great.

We have no snow this year, I am so glad I bought a new coat, pants, and boots for all the skiing I am not doing. I left the tags on the pants and I'll return them to REI since they are generous with their return policy.

I'm currently buried under about nine inches of snow, and it's still coming down. No mail delivery today, though I did get a UPS delivery.

Fortunately, neither my husband nor I had to go anywhere today. He can work from home if necessary, I nearly always work from my home office, and we have plenty of food, water, and most importantly a well-stocked bar.

Stay safe and warm, everyone.

2-5 inches expected in North Texas.

I guess that's what I get for bragging about our good weather

LOL

It's not a bunch (just heard on the news that they're now expecting up to 7 inches), but it's a lot for Texas.

Dallas ISD is closed tommorrow. DISD never closes, so the snow here must be pretty serious if DISD is on lockdown. Me, I'll be enjoying my second snowday yeah for my school following the Lewisville ISD calendar

Metro Atlanta is expecting 3 inches by this evening. This means that all the eggs, bread and milk in the stores will be gone and there will be lines at the gas stations. Nobody panics better than Atlantans.
