I thought the whole Alli thing tonight felt SO fake. Especially that scene where she collapses in the hotel hallway! Puhleeze. What, she can't tell her boss that she is on a television show?? I think she is definitely gunning for The Bachelorette. I didn't, but now I do.

Of all the girls left, I like Tenley and Gia. Tenley has too much baggage, though, and I think that will scare him off. Gia is totally sweet, but, beyond that..?

If he picks Vienna, I am swearing off this show forever. It will confirm every stereotypical belief people have about men. How is he missing the red flags and alarm bells going off?

Was she trying to get an Emmy for that performance? The tears, the collapsing in the hall, the inability to come right out and make a decision, or was this lousy scripting? Either way, how did both she and Ed (last season) get information that they were about to lose their jobs? I thought that once they entered the house, they had no contact with anyone until they were eliminated.

Using the same script just for drama effect does not work. I only have the show on because there is nothing else on tonight. If Bachelor was canceled, I would never miss it.

Yes, I agree. I liked Jake and Alli together, too. Their dates seemed the most natural and relaxed. But time and time again, I just get a "fake" vibe from her. That pouty lip she did the whole time she was debating "do I go or stay", really irked me. If I was experiencing something that emotional, trust me, the pretty pout would have lasted about 2 seconds and would have turned into the ugly cry.

And it is not lost on me that I am discussing a "fake" vibe on this very unrealistic reality show!!

Because he's a horn-dog and for whatever reason, Vienna does it for him... (my stud dog goes for inappropriate bitches too - I'm trying to make him only want quality - as in "registered aussie bitches" but what he wants is my sister in law's pound dog (Vienna - haha JK, her name is Alice)

Did anyone else get completely creeped out by the makeout scene in Vienna's bedroom. Daddy walks in and says basically, "Come on kiddies, no kissing!". Jake is 31 years old!! Vienna is 23, but she acts and is treated like a 16 year old. Wierd!!

Run Away Jake!!!

As for Ali, Run for the hills (of San Francisco!!). She'd be a FOOL to quit her job in this economy for the chance at love with a guy who is "Falling in Love" with 3 other women!!

My husband watched the ending last night with me and he said that she should stop crying and just tell him, "Look, I love you, but I'm not going to quit my dream job (that allows her to live independently across country in San Francisco). You know where I live, come find me after this trainwreck is over."

If Jake were a mature (ADULT) man, he would understand, give her a big smoochie kiss, and hook up with her later..

Soooo agree with this! What a delightful turn that would be! This is so scripted. You could almost see Chris saying, "Now, go collapse in the hallway..."

I am gagging at Vienna, for reasons some posters on this site will understand..... Ugh.

I am throwing up a little, right now, just thinking about her.....

I am right with you, Katmandu and srmom...

My thoughts on Vienna -
The girl has two facial expressions: the "smiling, never swallows her spit or moves her mouth while she is talking" face and the "pouty, sad eyes everyone is dissing me" face.
My other pet peeve is the way she talks, " Ooh I'm so excited I get a see Jake tonight." Seriously, is that normal? "I get a" instead of "I get to" ?

And while I am on a roll...what was up with her outfit when Jake came to visit? Cutoffs and a babydoll top? Is she 16??!

I'll say it. I thought Vienna and her family seemed a little...white trash. And then I read that her mom used to be a stripper and her dad is a tire salesman. Now, that's fine and all, but before that the show was giving the impression that she was from a family of privilege, which doesn't seem true. If she's from a blue collar family, which is perfectly fine, it makes me even more sickened that she seems to fancy herself a princess who should get a new car from her daddy every time she wrecks one. It doesn't seem like she appreciates all her dad probably has to do to pay for all those new cars for her.

Oh, and let me say this: As someone who used to date a commercial airlines pilot, I would never marry one. At least not a hot one. I believe it was Vienna who asked about the "a girl in every port" thing, but whomever asked it asked a good question. Pilots get a ton of side action due to all the traveling and staying in hotels. Many of them hook up with flight attendants. Just too many opportunities to be bad. I don't know that I would trust one.

I haven't watched this much this season, but watched it tonight. I have to say, it seems like he couldn't have two more different women in his final 2. I'm surprised he sent this one home tonight. And the whole Ali thing? Seemed sooooooooo fake.

Vienna = Vomit

I know everyone seems to think, based on the blogs, that Vienna is the one he picks. But, I have to believe that he would not have kept Tenley if he didn't really think she might be the one because of her ex-husband situation and worrying he would hurt her by keeping her around.

If he is looking for marriage material - Tenley
If he is looking for sex and a lot of drama - Vienna

My husband was so funny last night. Every time he saw Vienna he would neigh like a horse and stomp his foot. He's obviously not very impressed with her looks It also looks like she's put on a few lbs during "the journey".

We both think he will pick her because he is stupid. Period. Good luck with the drama - I give this one 2 months TOPS.

I'm looking forward to the looks of horror from his family when they see her lovely tattoo on her hip - not even a tasteful tramp stamp, it's up front for all to see... But, hey, maybe they're into that? Who knows?

Yeah, I was thinking maybe we'll all be surprised by his family. Maybe they're white trash too. It could be a match made in heaven.

Why Jake and Vienna are Meant 2 B

For every Ken Doll with no b*lls, there is a Plastic Boob/Personality Barbie. This just may be the perfect ending to the story Mattel has been trying to create over and over again in our minds. Can we really wrong this couple now? Think about it..

BF and I both gasped at Vienna's outfit for the hometown date.

On another note, I feel like Jake doesn't deserve Tenley. She was in a marriage that ended because of her husband's infidelity, but Jake is dragging her around on this journey where he is "falling in love" with several women. I realize that she signed up for it, but I feel like she deserves so much better.

Props to Gia for how she handled herself with Jake after not receiving a rose.

I couldn't help but think that the squeaky wheels got the grease last night. Those that said "I love you!" the most emphatically got roses. Vienna was throwing herself at him, quite literally, and Tenley was also pretty open about it. I think that's the main reason Gia got cut. Which is funny, because I swear this happens in every season. Whomever can't "open up" (read: say I love you) as much as the others will get sent home. Whomever is the most open is usually picked. Maybe Jesse/DeAnna would be the exception, he was slow to say it. But otherwise that seems to be a big piece of the criteria. I'm sure some of it is because you're trying to pick between several people and you need to know someone's really there for you... but if they're smart and just want to win, wouldn't they just lie to keep coming back? I don't know.

I do think that Vienna & Jake seem to have the most ease around each other. During his commentary he kept mentioning how immature she was- but that he could help her mature. Maybe he wants a project? They seem to be better oddball friends than a couple. And srmom, my husband agrees with yours on her looks.

I wonder who will be the next Bachelorette. I feel like they're setting Tenley up for it, making her America's sweetheart. I'd love to see Gia in it but I'm not sure she'd be "open" enough or if America fell for her as much as Tenley. Who knows. I'll watch either way!
