Is there no one here who has direct contact information for John so that someone else can take over or get more people who have offered to help repeatedly access to be able k clear spam?

What if we just abandoned this site? Start a new site, close the active boards here, and just start over again? John isn't doing what he should, and even the active mods are limited in what they can do.

This is what I was thinking, but I thought it might be too terrible to suggest. However, as the days go on and the spam keeps piling up at an unstoppable rate, it's looking more and more like this may be our only option.

I don't post a lot, but I like to check in every once in awhile and find out what's going on in the wider Greek world. I can't do that here anymore, so I would welcome a new board too.
