Beta Sigma's new house

Our current house only holds 9 guys and is about 2300 sq. ft. but I couldn't find a picture of it on my computer. The new house will house upto 30 brothers and is about 11,000 sq ft. It was the first house on campus built specifically for a fraternity in 1995. Most of the sorority girls think it is the "prettiest" house on Riverside (fraternity row). I couldn't figure out the pictures so I'm just going to leave links.

This first link is a picture of the house as of June 2006.

This is a picture of the interior colors.

This is a picture of the house in June 2005 when we first started looking to buy a new house. It orginally belonged to Beta Theta Pi.

The final pictures is the dumpster we filled with all the damaged stuff and crap the Betas left for us to clean.

Well thats what I got. I'll update in a month or so when the house is complete. I hope more brothers post pictures of their houses. The new Wabash house (Psi chapter) looks amazing! So I'd encourage everyone to do a search for that house. Also if you've never been to Headquarters in Lexington they have a photo of almost every house.

The Sigma Phi chapter down at FIU has an amazing house. Ours is decent, nothing special but plans are in the works to make our houses one of the biggest in the nation.

Sorry to crash, but I just had to tell you I love your house at Berkeley. Growing up in Berkeley it was always my favorite house (and there are some really nice houses) and you all did a great job restoring the house when you came back to campus a few years back.

There is a picture (which doesn't do it justice) at this link: http://www.calgreeks.com/chapters/if...mma_delta.html

Sorry to crash... but I wanted to let everyone know that I've just finished a website with pictures of various Phi Gamma Delta houses. You can see it at http://fijihouses.blogspot.com.

I'm working on pictures for houses of all the different IFC fraternities- you can see all of the ones I have completed at the main page, http://fraternityhousesindex.blogspot.com. I've also done all the panhellenic sororities (http://sororityhousesindex.blogspot.com), if you want to take a look at those. Enjoy
