You are more than entitled to your one night of pity. I am sorry you didn't get the news you were hoping for but keep the positive attitude about it working out! I believe a positive attitude helps in so many situations.

Two prayer/positive thoughts requests tonight:
My friend whose little boy was given a year max to live didn't even make it to his first birthday. He died this morning. Please keep his parents and their families in your thoughts/prayers.
My dad had a heart attack today, and I'd appreciate prayers for my family. I know that Dad will probably be fine, but it's really upsetting me to not be with my family right now.

Well, he had two stints put in today. My mom and the doctor are hoping he can go home tomorrow, but Dad is mad that he missed a week of work and wants to go back to the office.
The family also neglected to tell me that Dad had a diabetic episode and a heart attack at the same time. I'm not mad though; Mom has a lot on her plate right now. It sounds like Dad's doing well, but I'm not allowed to go home till Fall Break in mid-October.

Update on my dad: He's home now. I assume he's resting because he didn't answer my text at all. Frankly, I'd rather him be sleeping or eating than responding to my text anyway.
Update on my friend: Her son's visitation and funeral are this week. Please keep her and her husband in your prayers.

Prayers would be appreciate for this job I just applied for. It's full-time.I would like to get out of multiple part-time jobs and have a regular schedule like real people.
