Happy Founders Day!
Happy Founders Day to all my lovely Kappa sisters!
139 years
136 chapters (soon to be 137!)
230,000+ initiates
300+ alumnae associations
What a wonderful testament to our Tradition of Leadership!
I'm wearing my badges to work today - my own badge I got after I was initiated and one I rescued. Tonight we're having our annual Founders Day Event for the Alumnae Association at the local Country Club. I look forward to this every year.
Anyone else doing anything fun, either with their chapter or their Alumnae Association, for Founders Day?

Happy Founder's Day! I just found out that Kappa Kappa Gamma and Delta Chi share a founding date and I want to wish all the sisters here a great day!

I'm also wearing my badge today to celebrate! And blue & blue to top it off. Some of the ZE alumnae had a fun song back & forth on Facebook last night through status messages, that was a lot of spontaneous fun :-)
My local association has its first Night Owl's book club meeting tonight- totally coincidental that it is on Founder's Day, but it'll be nice to get together. We also had some sort of Founder's Day event on the 11th but I'm not sure what that entailed, I think a brunch or luncheon. That was primarily for the older members of the association.

Happy Founders' Day!! I was debating whether I would wear letters or my badge today, but I think I'll go with my badge. It's storming over here!
I went to Eta Mu (my undergrad chapter at UC Santa Cruz) last night for the new member pledging and Founders' Day celebration. It got cut a little short because the whole event was running so late into the evening. It was nice to see them, and I got some cute pictures of everyone.

Happy Founders Day!
I didn't get to celebrate with my AA, but I will be making an official visit to one of the AAs in my province later in the month to celebrate Founders Day with them. They want me to make a speech, so I've been trying to figure out what I want to say.

I'm a day late - but happy Founders' Day!! Eta Epsilon chapter dressed to key all day, handed out free super cute owl cupcakes to people around campus and had a dessert party with a short ceremony and some Founders trivia. It was a great start to Greek Week, which begins tomorrow!
