Sororities are nonprofit organizations. So.... be sure you are gaining experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly large, membership based, charitable organizations. Keywords you might search for when looking for a job with a sorority include "member services."
My fraternity recently hired a Director of Communications and a Director of Member Services.
GLOs also need finance and administration positions too.
It depends on each organization whether being a member of the org is a ranking factor or prerequisite.
