So I think that Jeanine and Janette will be in the final four, but I am having a hard time picking the guys. Brandon almost definitely, but I am trying to decide between Jason and Evan. The reason I keep Evan up is because he puts a lot of effort and personality in his dances and I haven't felt like I have seen enough of that from Jason, but that might be because he has had weird dances. It will be interesting to see this next week's performance.

Something about Janette irks me but I don't know what...

That's how I feel about Kayla. For some reason, I just don't connect with her at all.

As a self-proclaimed non-fan of Kayla's, I will admit that she did an excellent job with the Broadway number. But I can't say that it was as good as the judges, yet again, made it out to be. I mean really. Mia said if you looked up "girl, star, perfection" you'd see a picture of Kayla. That's a bit over the top for me. I just don't see what they must be seeing in her.
Here's to hoping Janine and Brandon's next number is better than their first. I'd hate to see either of them leave the show.
Ade's solo was great - best solo so far tonight, IMO.

I *loved* Ade's solo, I thought it was one of the best I've seen this season. Really good stuff.
And what I liked best about Kayla's first number is that Tyce didn't let her get away with doing it barefoot!

^^^ It's her hair.
At least, it's her hair that irks me. But her dancing is fantastic, and makes up for it. (Also, the hairstylists do a good job for all her performances. I'm only bothered by her hair when she's the one who's in charge of it.)

Aw. Poor Janette. I really like her! My hair comment sounds a lot meaner than I had intended it to sound. Although, how nice can, "It's her hair [that irks me]" sound? I feel bad now.

No, I feel the same way about her hair, and I still adore her!

I really enjoyed Ellen's contributions tonight! I think she is funny and yet not over the top, so she fit in well. It was a nice change to the usual routine.
I struggle with Mia - she REALLY gets on my nerves, and I think it's because she comes off arrogant all the time. Even when she is giving praise to choreographers, it feels like she is talking to an underling. I thought the bunnies and rabbits comment to BRandon was rude...even though it was a stupid thing for him to say about his mindset while learning a dance.
Beautiful number about breast cancer and two perfect dancers to perform it, imo. Very touching.

Wow, tonight's elimination is going to be hard...I thought each couple had one standout performace.
If I had to say which couple did the best overall, it would be Janette and Evan. I really loved Sonya's Jazz routine, and I thought the Samba was also pretty good even though Nigel is right about it not being the kind of dance that gets people voting for you.
Next would be Jason and Kayla. I, personally, didn't think the Broadway was so fantastic but compared to the Brandon/Jeanine's Waltz and Melissa/Ade's Salsa, J&K's dance was solid. Plus, the Zombie Dance was very cool and, as the last dance, it probably got a lot of votes.
Compared to the other girls who get heaps of praise, I thought Melissa was a sure goner this week, but it'll be hard to see her go after such a powerful performance in the Breast Cancer contemporary. It was incredibly moving and definitely gave me goosebumps. I agree with Nigel again...I wouldn't have wanted to see anyone but Melissa and Ade dance it.
I also really enjoyed the Military Pop...I think LaurieAnn is awesome and it's great to see her choreographing for SYTYCD now! I was, however, surprised the judges loved it as much as they did. I thought Brandon definitely performed it better than Jeanine.
As far as solos go, the two most memorable were Brandon and Evan. I can never even remember Jason, Kayla, or Ade's solos...they are kinda throw-aways for me.

I missed Brandon's and Jeanine's military pop routine. I also missed Brandon's and Evan's solos. I saw the last few seconds of the Breast Cancer dance, but I saw all the judges' reactions... I wish I had seen it all.
My prediction of who goes home: Evan and Melissa
My hope of who goes home: Jason and Kayla
I didn't realize that Katie Holmes was a dancer. I'm looking forward to see what she does tonight.

Sydney, here is the Breast Cancer routine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKxoCxalyWw
I bet Brandon and Evan's solos are probably also on YouTube.

Is anyone else watching now? The bottom 4 dancers definitely surprised me...
