haha, we said basically the same thing. oops!
i don't think evan will win because of sympathy though, i think he'll win because of his super rabid fanbase. and i think the judges want kayla to win more than brandon. i think they would want another female winner since the only one so far has been sabra.
personally, i want jeanine to win!

Oh, I know - I was getting so upset with Nigel because he just kept harping on it! I felt so bad for Evan to have to stand there and take it! I mean - he's apparently got someone voting for him or he wouldn't have made it this far!

Yes, I have been a fan of Jeanine's since the beginning. Tonight they seemed to really be pulling for her vs Kayla - which is a first, imo. That comment Nigel made about Kayla's personality finally coming through was new to me. I may have missed it, but I don't think I have heard him complain about her lack of personality any other time. Usually it is all accolades and gush.
I vote for Jeanine!

I'm sad i missed it last night, but I was at a jason mraz concert.
I love all of them (i really love evan, i know he's not the best, buts its amaricas favorite, not "the best").

I voted for the 1st time last night (like 20 times  ) and all for Jeanine.
Her solo blew me away!! It was the first time I actually liked a woman's solo, last week was the first time I like a man's solo (Brandon's).
Poor Evan, he really got the, "We're just not that into you." comments last night.
I wanted to add that I REALLY loved the Mia Michaels girls routine last night. I thought both Jeanine and Kayla were beautiful in it!!

Yeah, Jeanine's solo last night was awesome. I thought the Paso Doble was great, too. If Jeanine doesn't win, I'm hoping Brandon does.

I'm with SydneyK and srmom. Jeanine has been a favorite for a while and if she doesn't win, than I really really hope it is Brandon. I actually voted this season even though I have watched all 5.

I hope Evan becomes a big broadway star. He definitely has a memorable face and personality that really comes through when he dances.

I'm glad for Jeanine, but I'm also just glad this season is over. It was such a let down. I don't think the choreography (overall) was as good as previous seasons...Did Lil C even get to do a Krunk routine this year, or did he just talk nonsense on the judging panel?
I'm hoping for more diverse dancers with better personalities in September.

I'm not sure how I feel about another season so quickly on the heels of this one.
I love SYTYCD, and have watched all 5 seasons, but it is kind of like my summer fare that I look forward to. I just don't want to get over saturated and lose my LOVE for it.
What do y'all think?
BTW - YAY JEANINE!!! Loved the show last night with the encores. I forgot how cool the Demetri -NappyTabs latin group number was! Ay Carramba!!

i agree with you srmom. i will most likely watch season 6, but having sytycd only on in the summer was something i really looked forward to.

I really wanted Brandon to win and thought he should win, too.
I feel like a psychic. I knew Brandon wouldn't win ....and I knew that Ade and Brandon wouldn't/couldn't be the last two boys standing. I also knew that either Kayla, Janette or Jeanine (sp?) would win.
....and I'm not psychic.
Needless to say, good for Jeanine : )
