A friend from college had a baby a couple weeks ago...her husband commented on how she didn't have an epidural and was awake through the whole experience, all be it a rough one.
My cousin got a car and said she was behind excited! about it

If it was originally spelled congradulations, one of the possible spell check suggestions is congregations. (Yes, I checked.  ) Maybe he selected it on accident?
