There's a reflection with cars and trees. Clearly, it is being taken from the outside. I don't get the debate here.

But then again, this whole thread makes me .

Yeah, I was thinking that too. The Barnes and Noble by my house has those types of displays all along the windows and there is complete free access inside, in fact a couple of them are in the "reading section" with the couches and chairs. No desk is nearby and if I wanted to, I could completely screw with the display.

Even if this was an employee who did this, who cares? It was one employee in one B&N store. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to allow one person, who I don't know, with an ignorant view of the president and/or his race, ruin my day.

People do stupid things every day, but that doesn't mean I associate an entire company with that way of thinking or acting (and I could get into a whole metaphor right now about Greek organizations and hazing, but I'm not even going to waste my energy).

Get over it. The end.

According the article linked in the first post, there is a bookcase on the other side, and there is a two-foot gap between the bookcase and the store-front.

If anyone has linked this, I missed it, so here is Barnes and Nobles' press release. Interesting that they specifically say that they believe that the person taking the picture is also the person who put the book there in the first place.

Right. There are different sized B&Ns with different "styles."

Most of them here have coffee shops and cafes on the side. Great veggie sandwiches and great green tea.

Not even...

They both have ears that stick out.

That's where that ends.

LOL

That reminds of how some whites will find whatever light skinned, long haired black actress and say we look alike. I have never experienced that with other blacks.
