I was at a college/university PR conference last week and basically all I learned is that Twitter is the communications wave of the future!

DS is a tech whore and he knows it, lol!! He loves all things electronical.
(And I can call him that b/c he is my personal computer help desk!!) Love you, DS!! 
I haven't gotten into Twitter yet. I just got onto FB and MySpace last summer and am about to close the MySpace page anyway.

Hmmm it sez that my fone is unable to get SMS text...I wonder...
I man I get regular text but why won't it work with my model?
I have an enV 1

Did you make sure you formatted the number correctly? I got that error when I first did it- I didn't have the number correctly done.

Is it possible to keep people from "following" you? I just signed up for twitter and within the past 2 days I've had 5 people I've never heard of "following" me and that just makes me uneasy.

Go to your list of followers and click "block" which is right next to the button to follow that person.
I do it all the time.
OR you can go to your personal settings and set it to private so that only people that you approve can see your updates.
