i know! i had like 10+ of my really close friends go there and thats a pretty decent amount for an out of state school.
i almost went there too but changed my mind in the end

There were more Chicago girls in my chapter than any other hometown. Something like 40 girls out of a ~150 member chapter -- more than Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus.

My cousin went to Denison and it seems like it had that southern frat atmosphere, but is too small for me...
Bucknell looks interesting, anything else?

Denison is a lot more liberal than you think. It draws heavily from the Northeast. But, it is small(ish) and one of the most beautiful campuses I have ever been to

I will agree that miami is pretty fratty, and purdue is as well. i would also say virginia is.

I have never really thought of virginia as being in the south myself, yes it is south of the mason-dixon line, and it has a lot of southern features. I would only call it south if you referred to bama, AR, LA, Miss, and Ga as deep south.
