According to their international website, Richard Stockton chapter is inactive. I believe this happened in 2008.

Stockton is now inactive, and Bowling Green will go inactive in December.

Miami University:
Alpha Epsilon Phi Alpha Kappa 1940-2004/2007
They were dormant from 1980-1986 as well
Zeta Tau Alpha Beta Delta 1926-?/1999
They were only inactive for about 1 year. They closed Spring of 98 and re-colonized in the Spring of 99
Kappa Delta Gamma Nu 1958
They recolonized in the mid 80s. I need to check if they shut down for any period of time.

A couple of updates for Theta Phi:
-Alpha Tau chapter at Embry-Riddle (FL) has 20 new members.
-Beta Nu chapter at Florida Atlantic ended up with 37 new members.
