I don't remember seeing this house on Milledge with the rest - is it on some other street, maybe by the Delt house...? It looks brand new and quite large! Congrats again! Enjoy your NM period!

they actually just re-did the outside a few years ago I think, but its on Milledge right between Phi Mu and Chi O..I think

Oh ok! How could I have missed it?? Maybe cuz I was looking too hard for the Zeta house Well, they did an excellent renovation job, the outside looks fabulous!
