Honestly, I wouldn't do anything. I'd even get a new topic.
You could talk about the pros of Greek Life until you're blue in the face, but the truth is, people are still going to have a negative image of Greeks as long as the idiots out there keep on ruining it for us (hazing, alcohol, etc. etc.). That girl's just one of many.
So she had a negative experience with AOPi. Did she say that she's an initiated member or was she a new member? Regardless, it's unfortunate she didn't get to feel a part of the AOPi sisterhood -- but if she feels strongly against it, then she's allowed to state why she's so passionately against it.
You go to LSU. I don't know how many students are Greek on your campus, but judging from the vibe I got when I visited your campus a few years ago and also from everything I've read here, I know it's a system steeped in tradition -- and every year, incoming freshmen girls are just dying to become a part of that system. I doubt that some speech from some disgruntled member will change any of that. Let's assume that many of your Communication Studies classmates are Greek. Her speech probably fell on deaf ears anyway.
Actions are more powerful than words, IMO. Continue to wear your letters proudly and promote a positive image on campus. Don't let some speech piss you off so much like that.
