I have the feeling that it's kind of an urban legend.
I guess there's no way of knowing since it's MS, but it just doesn't make any sense in the era of release figures.
Yea.. I don't know the chapters at her school or how they operate.. I just heard when I was college that sort of thing existed. It might not be correct? Who knows.
