I haven't heard anything official, but I've heard rumors of the former in the (not so distant) past. We shall wait and see - I'd love to see additional Greek chapters at CSUSM

The Theta Upsilon chapter of Tri Delta at University of Tulsa updated their website. August 2007 new member class was
15. Quota was 13.

College of William and Mary fall 2007 new member class was 27. Quota was 22.
