Rush Ideas Please

Brothers,

I am a brother at the Georgia Alpha chapter and will be staying in Athens over the summer to assist and hopefully coordinate summer rush. At UGA, to get a large class of quality guys an effective summer program is often very vital. I also feel the urge to go ahead and have any major rush events planned before the end of February so brothers can cater their schedules to the rush schedule. I would love to hear what all of you guys have to say and hear what has worked at your chapters as well.

A couple of things.
1. you should definetely send someone to PLA in January - you'll find that, when you get a bunch of Brothers together, you' ll get some ideas

2. when you plan events, make sure you do some of them outside of the house. It's not enough to just open the doors and pray. I'm the chapter Advisor of IL Theta (UIC) and IL Zeta (DePaul) and since neither one has a house we have to come up with new ideas every year. If you'd like, write back
