My engagement and wedding rings. And since I've gotten it sized last week, I've worn my new Michael Kors watch everyday.
My earrings, bracelets, and rings always vary depending on my outfit.

What MK watch?! I really want one!
Always wearing my grandmother's ring, and typically my KD President ring.

I used to wear my high school class ring on my right hand, but since I started college I replaced it with a claddagh ring.
I usually wear my Tri Sigma lavalier and silver or crystal stud earrings as well.

My engagement/wedding ring, watch, signet ring, lavalier, and diamond earrings. I also have a gold bracelet that I will often wear. That's my jewelry uniform. Sometimes I will wear other earrings, but that's about the only thing that changes.
I've met several other Gamma Phis over the years thanks to the lavalier, as well as members of other sororities.

I've really only seen the "extra heavy" apply to guys - and I'm pretty sure that it just means that it's thicker and wider.
Extra Heavy:
Standard:
I LOVE CLADDAUGHS! I have a plain one that I wear on my right ring finger (because I wear my wedding ring on my left...either way, it still says "taken")
Some really cool ones:
