He's struggling for money and fame. This is an attempt to get a "Strange Love" VH1 show. It worked for the Brady dude, Scott Baio and Flava Flav.

I can't get over her saying that she didn't watch Different Strokes. She probably wasn't even BORN when it was on the air!! TV Land/Nick at Nite reruns, maybe...but that chick is 22 trying to hook up with Gary's broke tail.

I agree with Soror Chaos. They must be going for a VH1 show.

it gave me pause, too, because when she said the Queen I was expecting to see Aretha. She should have qualified it--the Queen of Rock.

Ms. Franklin need to be more concerned with getting her weight/health in check then a title...I doubt anyone was sitting around "plotting" on her and how to "steal" her title...

My manfriend just told me he has to go to court tomorrow. I'm like, FOR WHAT??? He said a month or so ago a dude tried to set this girl's hair on fire and he had to write it up so he got subpoenaed to testify. Is it THAT deep? You tried to set her HAIR on fire? This is why when his co-workers told me there was an opening for a Spanish teacher there, I knew I could not teach there. Yeah, the schools I've taught at were inner-city schools, but his school is just HOOD.

He said her hair didn't catch, but it still smelled like burnt hair. So some of it must have caught. I have to giggle a little that all black folk know what burnt hair smells like, lol.

Something is WRONG with these kids.

I praise God that my brother was normal and didn't react like this every time I didn't give him what he wanted. We need to teach our kids better ways to solve their problems.

Police: 10-year-old shot sister in face after potato chip fight

DILLON, S.C. --Authorities say a 10-year-old boy shot his younger sister in the face after she refused to give him a bag of potato chips.

Dillon County Chief Deputy Douglas Pernell says the children were home alone when they started arguing Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say after his 9-year-old sister refused to hand over the chips, the boy got his father's shotgun, loaded a shell, pointed the gun at his sister and fired. Authorities say the girl was wounded in her right cheek, but is expected to survive.

Deputies say they have asked the Department of Juvenile Justice to charge the boy with assault and battery with intent to kill. His name was not released.
