I was playing Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. I just beat it today. The ending was great. It even let you know what all the characters were doing afterwards. I can't wait to play the first one(Paper Mario) and the newest one(Super Paper Mario).

Update:

The Darkness for the 360
Gears of War
Marvel TCG on PSP

anyone looking to play classic arcade games on thier PC let me know!!!

There was an article on NBC this past Saturday saying how retro gaming is coming back in style....funny to hear a 10 year old kid now saying how he 'beat Ms. Pacman' or how they lasted 2hrs on DOnkey Kong....

Aaaahhhh...the good old days when your gamin prowess was measured by your 3 initials on that machine....

My faves were

Rush N Attack
Gyruss
Indiana Jones an dthe Temple of Doom
Street Fighter II (original)
Super Punch Out

I was just telling my g/f over the weekend how back in the day gaming machines were meant to emulate the arcade but...once the PS1 kicked in (those who really know thier arcade history know what I mean) that's when you began to get games that truly mimiced their arcade counterparts (Tekken 1 and Ridge Racer anyone?) and really started bringing the true arcade experience home.

Resident Evil 4 was SO time-consuming and addicting. After you beat it, more options open up to beat. That's where the other playable characters come into play.

Playing the new Tomb Raider...and about to look up the walkthrough b/c I'm stuck on the first level...

I got Mister Mosquito thru Gamefly and never got to play it b/c of the stupid blue disk. Someone thought it would be neat to write the game onto a blue surface. The older ps2s won't read them and make horrible noises.

I beat Max Payne. The ending was okay. I just received Max Payne 2 and Mortal Kombat Deception. We'll see how those go.

I want Kingdom Hearts 2 so bad. The first one was great. I'm a huge Disney fan. RPGs are also my favorite genre. What a great combination.

Star Wars: the Clone Wars is quite difficult. That's what I'm really concentrating on right now. I have too many games that I'm playing at once.

I bought Kingdom Hearts 2 for my son yesterday. It was on sale at Best Buy for $40 instead of $50 and I owed it to him (birthday present, but it wasn't out when he had his birthday). He'll be surprised when he gets back from his Dad's house

As my parents (well, my mom mostly) tear apart the inside of their house going thru junk and getting rid of a lot of stuff, they found my old GameBoy! I thought one of my roommates stole it years ago! I'm looking for some good games to buy for it...the video game stores have what looks like a lot of crappy titles.

I should be playing Gran Turismo 4 but it has yet to come to my house, so really that's what I want to play right now. Right now I'm playing nothing

Ok, so I got Kingdom Hearts 2 in the mail today. I started playing tonight. So far it seems like a movie with little parts in between that you can play. Also, you can't skip the cutscenes.

I really hope the whole game's not like this.

'Cuz if it is...*shakes fist*

I just beat Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The gameplay was great. I guess I really didn't appreciate the storyline or the ending due to me not being a Star Wars fan. On to Max Payne 2.
