I couldn' find this on your main website.
What is SAE's Legacy Policy? Is it brothers, fathers, grandfathers only or are cousins, uncles considered under the legacy policy?

I can't seem to find the official position statement on this, but whatever the definition, the decision to offer a bid is ultimately up to the chapter whether the rushee is a legacy or not.
