Garth, the House is a beautiful Old House that Used Be the Presidents who I beleive was A STG! OH, no h on Pittsburg State. LOL!
It is next to The Stadium and the Alum Center. The only Property The Un. doesnt own in a huge area.They are trying to expand and will want the SPE House next as they have bought up that whole block too. They wont tear it down, but will use it as a Major High GPA Rooming.
People would raise 10 kinds of Hell if they tried to tear it down and I would be one of them.

School and STG is still in negotiations for $$! Go figure. But are working with them until they can find a different place to move into. Hell, lot of Luck. Property is going up around Campus and not that many places that size for Fraternitys who have been around a very long time and close to Campus.
7 of the nine GLOs are on Broadway, the main drag accross form Camous from College except AGD, down the street and Tri Sigma who is a lot off of campus
