I will admit that I am very happy with my team this week, even though I lost, even with 1 player short on the other side, I still lost, I can deal.....
Just know that next week is a guaranteed win for who ever is against me, because ALL of my RBs are in a bye week and 2 of them I can't drop for the week.....
so much for pre-planning at the beginning of the season.
I really am enjoying this, its getting me back in football and I've been out of the loop for at least 3 years....
Just waiting until next year!

(the sad part is that I am serious...however if he did find a cure for cancer, i think i would just let polarpi win because finding a cure for cancer should account for some kind of fantasy points)

Thanks
Like I said - I'm still a newbie, so I have NO clue what the heck I'm doing! Having won one week is more than enough for me this year

I lost my phone at the Q watching us beat the mormons. I check my voicemail the next night, and I have TWENTY FOUR new messages, all from family, fraternity or friends RUBBING IT IN.....

I *really* didn't need to see how badly my team did for me this week...

So I'm not in the GC FF league, but I need help for my work league. My QBs are Trent Green and Chad Pennington. Pennington is obviously out for the year and Green has been sucking worse than Jenna Jamison. So I need a new QB; here are my options:
Drew Bledsoe
Steve McNair
Byron Leftwich
Trent Dilfer
Brian Griese
Mark Brunell
Josh McCown
Everyone else is either taken or really sucks. Any opinions on those? I have to put my bid in by end of the day today.

'S okay - I just will keep telling myself "This is just for fun, this is just for fun...wait until next year "
And ISUKappa, I'm obviously not well versed in FF , but Bledsoe is one of my QB's and had been doing pretty good for me up until this last week (when I would have used my other QB if he hadn't been on a bye week )
Good luck with your league!

#1 Bledsoe
# 2Griese
#3 Brunnel
#4 Leftwich
depending on who they are playing that week.

So who did you end up picking up?
I sure hope you picked up Bledsoe. He has had a hell of a game thus far.

I picked up Bledsoe, thank goodness. He netted me 12 points in my league, which I think is the same amount Green has gotten me all year. And if he only could have gotten 11 more yards, I would have gotten another 6 points from him.
I think I'll be switching up he and Green a bit more during the season.
