Yeah, I bet they do. Michele looked like she barely made it down the stairs. She was off the first two steps and had to catch up. Then she looked shaky with the routine. But the second go round of the chorus she decided to be a little cocky with it and tried to do it like yeah, I got this!" Uh no girl, you are still struggling, was all I could think.

The show was aiiight for me guys.
I loved the Fugees performance, but Lauryn looked like a cross between Ike Turner and Andre 3000.
Michelle of DC, is just not a 'vixen' or whatever she's trying to be. She looked like she was up there with her daddy or something. Just off, notice how beyonce and kelly were on the LEFT side of their guys and Kelly was on Magic's RIGHT at the end. The girl is slow.
Omarion, do you know baby hair was cool in like the 80's?? But hell, so was lining lips with black eyeliner and filling it in with bright red lipstick!
Mariah Carey...what was up with the hand thingy? Fabolous should have got up there with her and told tha girl to BREATHE!

Soror, I hear you. This is actually the first time that I've ever seen a BET awards show...and I must confess that I saw a taped version of the show (not the actual show) at my aunt's house a few nights ago. I keep telling folk that watching tv is overrated.

I didn't know that he was married to a Becky.
My bad. I thought that he was into us. I will have to inform all of my girls to strike him off the list. But seriously, if that is his preference then I would not have wanted him anyway so it's really no decrease in my (or most AA women's) pool. I tend to prefer men who prefer AA women so it all works out.
ETA: On an interesting note, I have recently moved to Cali and have been approached by several non-AA (hispanic, indian and white) men. That's not the way that I flow but if it was then it would be on I guess. I think the interracial thing is just the in thing in Cali so I wouldn't take Terrence and the rest of them to heart too much.

did they plan who they were going to pick out, or was Michelle just a dunt-a-dunt for pickin' Magic Johnson in front of his wife and with HIV...makes NO SENSE!

Beyonce picked Terrence Howard and he's married.
Does his HIV status make Magic not eligible for a lap dance?  I don't think HIV is transmitted that way.
